So, Micah has stolen the leaper after reading Nico's bounty on the crew. He saw that they had docked, and wanted to take advantage of it. Next stop, Tatooine.

I need some help though. What sort of fucked up game is Mycah going to play on the crew when they come to retrieve the ship? How is he going to string them along?

Not even joking, the last place I posted with him before shifting to other matters was on Tatooine in Chalmun's Cantina, where I left it somewhat open-ended so as to imply that he and the Raptor crew have been doing odd jobs for a being known only as 'Flax.'

Even now, my creative juices hum melodiously as I try to connect this long-forgotten plot thread to yours, in the hopes that we may weave a coherent tale.

Wow, this really does work pretty well huh?

Hm... Just tossing an idea around: What if while The Leapergang is heading to Tatooine in the Escrow, Daegon sees The Leaper coming in and expects like a warm welcome or whatever, getting a fistfull of blaster? Joins up with the Leapergang when they arrive and takes the ship back with Mycal retreating to interfere with the Leapers in the future, then of all coincidences (depending on the timeframe), they get a transmission from Badim (Not Clare, that's an in person thing), and either tip him off where they're going next or pick him up on Shaddaa?

I'm actually not too fond of that idea, doesn't seem like it'd work. But it gets the creative juices flowing (And even more for Cheapy )

i wanna drag Mycah out a little, but like i said, i dont know how. Its the only plot we have right now, so it seems a little premature to end it so soon. The beginnings of that is good tho...

If we can, we should have Mycah run everyone on something of a wild goose chase to hunt the ship down (Unless we can come up with some other way to extend this plot). We DEFINATELY don't want to cut his first SNEE-HEE-EVIL plot short, that'll severely restrict his future character growth.

Post with Daegon innabit to get him established and explain what he and the Raptor crew have been up to for the past while, then more brainstorm.

I completety agree, a wild goose chase with lots of mind frakking was something I had in mind hence the "game" he talks about in his last post.

Everything's good on my end.

With Mycah, I was at work when I had a crazy idea: What if he...she...It get's angry or annoyed with SAMM and is kinda expecting The crew to come around at one point or another, and makes SAMM temporarily EVIL!? He'd be fixed of course after we get the Leaper back, but he turns the Leaper into a bit of a madhouse, closes the gangplank and starts to gas them, but suddenly has a change of heart at the last second and shuts himself off until Lucas (Or H6 muahah) fixes him.

Thoughts?

Also, when Badim and Clare try contacting The Leaper, maybe they contact The Escrow instead? Maybe H6 during his free-time hacked a bit into Sethe's systems out of boredom, and seeing as how Sethe doesn't have an AI, it could have been easily overlooked or something.

Thoughts on that too? That way they can at least be on their way to Tatooine while you're there.

Okay, so I have considered everyones ideas and incorporated them into a working plot....

The Blight Leaper has been stolen by psychotic mastermind Mycah

PART I: Tatooine

Plot A: The Devil's End

The Escrow recieves ongoing signals from the blight leaper which Mycah purposely did not disengage. Jonas, Sethe and Tseneca are being drawn to tatooine where they believe the ship is being docked.

The Crew lands in Mos Eisley spaceport, where they follow a cryptic message from Mycah to the backwater Cantina Devils End in the outskirts of the city. Wary of a trap but believing Mycah will reveal the location of the leaper to them if met, they enter the cantina.

Daegon Selanno and the crew of the Star Raptor (of Iego notoriety) are at the Devil's End and both crews are reunited. A signal is beamed to tseneca via tel-comm from somewhere in the cantina, and where it leads can only mean trouble for both crews.... A hidden time bomb threatening the Cantina and its inhabitants.

Plot B: The Eye of The Needle; Beggars Canyon.

Following the trouble at the Devil's End, another message is recieved by the crew by Mycah, who is supposedly out in beggars canyon near the stone needle, along with the Blight Leaper. The group takes their chances, gearing up and heading to the outpost via speeder bike. The group is ambushed by desert raiders (biker gangs) and challenged by their head to thread the stone needle using scavanged T-16 and Runabouts belonging to the outpost. In this case, its race for their lives and they soon find out that Mycah has rigged the course....



Both of these plots are up for interpretation and re-evaluation. For example, I don't know when Badim and Clare want to show up, but when they do we'll fit them in accordingly. I also don't have any details planned for the race in beggars canyon. I'm going with the idea that you'll all pitch in and add twists and turns to each plot. The leaper will not be retrieved on Tatooine, as Mycah take off with it before the crew can take it back. Other than that, this is going to take some creativity on everyones part... so lets do it!

That sounds good, and I don't think Badim, Clare and H6 will make it for the Tatooine part, but more than likely they'll make it for the next location. They'll just take public transport to the next location, or if Space Jawa wants to ferry them around for a bit that'd be cool too. Get him in temporarily for this plot if he wants, if not, public transport.

Daegon and Mal (I have plans for Kaor) will probably agree to help in exchange for the Leaper crew helping them get their OWN ship back, which they will do after the race and all. Mycah takes off with the Leaper, and Daegon ferries the others in pursuit. En route, he proposes that he and Mal stay with the group as hired muscle and a source of info on the fringe, something the group could use.

Oh, but he'd keep the whole 'bounty on my head' thing as a secret, since he'll be wary about trusting everyone off the bat.

While the group is in the cantina, i plan on having Mycah plant time activated gas bombs in the escrow, drugging the crew before they get to the next location (wherever that may be) and yes, i will make samm evil, thats a great idea. Way to go. Woo hoo!
