Summarized Biography:
Born on the dusty world of Tatooine, Jacob came from a working-class family. Quickly picking up business from his father, Vance was of the opinion that hard work and determination could get you anywhere.
However, in ABY 34, Jacob's town on Tatooine was hit by a warlord from the outer rim named Andre, and the inhabitants and local militia were forced to fight. Most of Jacob's family was killed in the battle. Finally, the settlers surrendered to the warlord, who left them with almost nothing. After a week, no Union helped had arrived.
Tyson left Tatooine to try and make a life for himself, where he relied on only the people he knew he could trust. Selling what he had left, Jacob bought an aging Republic Cruiser, named Radiance, which had been modified to haul cargo. He assembled a small crew, and set off for the stars.

Application approved! 
We want to develop that Tatooine backstory a bit more - we'd like to make it a good rallying point for anti-Union activists. A Union response would have come eventually and Tatooine would have been taken back, at some point, of course, but the delay in action would be good. Also, we'd like to know more about this Andre. So, do you think you could get on MSN sometime and talk to one of CMAC and we can discuss some of that stuff?

PM's fine; but MSN is a free service. You should be able to log in to the messenger just fine even if you no longer pay for MSN.
