Anything you'd like to tell us about the character: No... I'd have to say it's for my eyes only. After all, it'd scare the living daylights out of you and old habits die hard, especially among those of us licensed to kill.
Summarized Biography: Ams Jendob was born on Coruscant, but when he was sixteen, his father evacuated young Ams and his mother to Anaxes as the New Republic closed in on the Galactic capital. When he was of military age, he enrolled at the Imperial Naval Academy on Anaxes, and graduated at twenty.

At twenty-five, he married close friend-turned-lover Shayera, and a little over a year later, they welcomed twins Krischen and Kendra. Around this time, Jendob was part of the Imperial Navy Military Intelligence branch, and was offered a commission in Imperial Intelligence proper. Even though it would take him off the front line, Jendob considered the loss to the Empire of a single executive officer to be outweighed by what he could do on the strategic levels, as well as being able to stay closer to his new family.

Jendob slowly climbed the ranks of Intelligence, and was soon joined by Shayera, who transferred out of the Navy fighter corps to serve as an Intelligence scout pilot. When the Zend Mutiny began, he was promoted to Deputy Director of Imperial Intelligence as many Intelligence and Security personnel defected. However, tragedy struck when Ams learned his parents had been killed in a miserably botched Rebel attack, an attempt by some hardliner groups trying to make last-second gains for the Alliance on the eve of the end of the war.

In the years following the treaty, Jendob slowly rose through the bureaucratic ranks as Intelligence re-expanded. He was comfortable with his position as the Deputy Director, and gave him some political pull. Even so, he very rarely exercised it, believing it beneath him to use his connections for personal gain or to pursue goals that didn't sit well with the Empire's agenda. However, he did cause a minor controversy when he appointed Shayera as his personal pilot after she'd suffered a catastrophic accident which killed their unborn third child. He defended the move with a bit of humor, saying "If I can't trust my wife, who can I?"

However, forty years after the Rebel victory at Yavin, the current Intelligence Director was killed in a shuttle crash. A reluctant Jendob was first made Acting Director, then formally sworn-in by newly-appointed High Moff Jagged Fel. Five months later, he also received a promotion to the rank of Moff and a seat on the Moff Council, where he still serves.
