An internet novel called The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect.
I warn you not to read it: it is enournously disturbing, I stopped reading it when a fly crawled across the screen and I attemped to decide whether I could justify killing it, the argument being whether it is truly alive or not.
But it gets WAY more disturbing than that. >_>

I just finished watching 'Knowing' with my family, and I have to say that I was depressed by the finale. Seriously, the ending sucked. "Oh yeah, everyone on Earth died (+7,000,000,000 people) but you can be happy, because a few hundred survived on another planet! Right?" Idiots. The one good part of the film that gave me chills and scared me at the same time was when Nicholas Cage found out that the casualty number for the last disaster, 33, actually meant EE, which stood for Everyone Else. The music when he flipped over the bed and revealed the carvings on the bottom fit the moment perfectly.
Everything else was horrible and negative. I will never be able to watch National Treasure and see Cage the same way again. 
Seriously, I need to go find a hug.

I just finished reading a copy of The Deathly Hallows my aunt lent me. It totally changed my opinion of the entire rest of the series. It even made me stop thinking about seeing Transporter 2 On-Demand yeterday. That movie made 007 look like a pansy.
