Summarized Biography:

Daara Zend was born on a quiet agricultural world called Sermeria. Once the Old Republic faded into the Galactic Empire, her parents were some of the most vocal supporters of the New Order, and sent her off to the Imperial Academy when she was 18.

As the years passed, in face of much adversity and Imperial discrimination, Daara excelled in the ranks, and by the time of the Battle of Endor she had her own command of an Imperator Mark II. Throughout the post-Endor period, Daara held together firmly her charge, refusing to resort to the petty tactics of other "warlords." When Emperor Palpatine was resurrected into a cloned body, he made Zend a Grand Admiral.

When Admiral Natasi Daala united the Empire, Zend was one of the most effective commanders, and when Daala passed, Zend took the opportunity to reassert her Grand Admiral rank, claiming the rightful rule of the Empire.

After this, Zend ruled until 20 ABY, when she disappeared with half of the Empire, and the lion's share of advanced weapons and technology. She has not been seen or heard from since, and although the Remnant has carried on without her, some say Zend, if alive, would still be in command of the Empire.
