Wookie says he died in 11 ABY, so he'd be dead before the events that changed the timeline.

Also, we're not counting that Crimson Empire III nonsense. Timeline is stuffed with enough warlords and resurgence factions. Basically, if it came out after we opened, we're not likely to retcon a ton of stuff to shoehorn it in. You know... except Tarkin being awesome in TCW.

Or if Ahsoka gets pushed into the blender droid. <_<
