I think it must be the guy on the left that gives it that feeling. For some reason beard, long hair, and generally hippie-esque appearance doesn't go with the Star Wars atmosphere.

Just watched a video of him talking about that... it seems less of 'I wish I hadn't done it' and more of 'I wish Lucas hadn't made the movie shit.' Which is kinda understandable. If it wasn't for John Williams and the CGI, I would have totally hate the prequels.

Qui-gon looks quite different from the other guy though. He's thin, with a neatly trimmed beard. It works better for him. 
At any rate, I did go ahead and watch it last night. Not all that bad for a fanfilm. 2 parts awesome, 2 parts laughably hilarious, 1 part painful to watch. Impressive though, actually.

Yeah, its one of the better ones that I found.
I'm actually working on a project to produce a Star Wars Fan Film, I've been researching what to do, and what...not to do...
I'd like to enter the 2010, or 2011 Comic-Con Fan Film Competition, but we'll see.... |
