Anything you'd like to tell us about the character: War and his role as a sniper has made Loken a bit of a lone wolf. Prefering to work alone, his current lack of a Padawan, he’s a lone hunter through and through. However, it is also because of his war-filled life that he has come to learn to appreciate peace and thus the life that thrives within these times. When not on missions, rather than spending his time lounging around within the Temples such as the ones on Yavin IV or Dantooine, he prefers to relax within the jungles and grasslands that make up the terrain instead.
Summarized Biography: Born on Anobis, Loken has known about war for practically his whole life. Ever since the Galactic Civil War there has always been a division between farmers that worked in the plains – where Loken was born – and the miners that dwelled within the mountains. While the farmers wished to side with the Republic, the miners had wished to be ruled by the Empire which led to the civil war between the two groups that continued for decades…until Daala. Anobis had been one of the many worlds that found itself as the battleground more than once and it was when the Empire made its push that Anobis was first taken and the farmers lost their war.

Years into the war, with the Republic and Empire taking worlds before losing them and repeating the process, Loken got his chance to fight back. With his parents long dead, his world torn apart by war, he joined the Republic military. Though he was only seventeen at the time, personnel was a much needed resource during the later half of the war and Loken was enlisted. Proving to have a talent in marksmanship, Loken became an accomplished sniper and, during the later years, scout and infiltrator. And then the war, finally, came to an end with the unification of the galaxy.

Though staying in the military for a couple more years, reports of unusual feats and precognition that surrounded some of Loken’s actions led him being enlisted in another order that wished to replenish its ranks: the Jedi Order. There, Loken had learned that his own talents that served him so well in the military have a place within the Order. While an accomplished duelist, Loken has exercised his use of the Force as well, discovering his area of expertise not only being about sensing, but of concealing. As a sniper and scout, Loken had developed the instinctive nature to be aware and to rely on his surroundings, to blend in with them. This has allowed Loken to learn to blend even his own Force presence within his surroundings. By expanding his presence, intertwining it within the natural presence of surrounding wildlife or individuals, it becomes difficult for others to detect him within the Force to the point where he can be as near to undetectable as he can be.

His stealth and tracking skills that had served him so well on missions in the Republic military had continued to do so with the Jedi Order. Missions that required tracking and infiltrating pirates and other criminal organizations that had sprung up in not only weakened Republic but Imperial space at the end of the war had been a specialty of Loken’s when he had become a Knight and, later on in the years, as a Master. Learning new Force and lightsaber techniques had not been the only thing he had come to appreciate in his time as a Jedi, however. As a Jedi, during a time where he has taken a break from war, Loken has come to understand the meaning of true peace. And it is because of this that he has invested not only his loyalty but his beliefs in the teachings of Master Skywalker.
