Summarized Biography:
Born in 3 Galactic on Corulag, Val was a talented technologist and started out his adult life as a researcher for BlasTech. When he was twenty-four, Val disappeared with a sizeable amount of research data and an entire bank account worth of credits.

He reappeared several years later at Merr-Sonn and pulled the same trick some time after. Since then he has been linked to several underground groups and shady weapons deals. It has been remarked by the lead detective investigating the original BlasTech theft that thirty percent of the weapons used in robberies throughout the Core could be traced to Val or one of his dealers.
