I'm saying the NR probably doesn't operate more Viscounts than the Galactic Empire had Executors at their peak... and as a consequence, not every flag officer has a pet Star Dreadnought to prance around in.

In fact, it was Home One. I used it because Viscounts are ugly and the only pictures are of plastic models
I think I'll keep Viscount, but it'll be smaller than in OTL (because of the reduced threats) and less well armed. And possibly unique?
