Umm...the Halo 2 and Halo 3 Arbiter never died. You're thinking of the Halo Wars Arbiter, who was a punk ripoff of Darth Vader and deserved castration from his own energy swords. >_>

He's got Stuart Beatie, who is practically vomiting source material for a Fall of Reach-style script on him. I think he's good.
