On cue, she started up the surveillance equipment, taking precious care to avoiding the criminal's frequent sweeps. One, was a decoy server droid. Another, was a dancer, and the third was a strange bird-like creature. They were discussing a trade deal with the Hutts, and several network options that would create a three billion profit.

Coral maintained her position, sipping a straw of harmless lemonade.

The Sullustan just smiled as the other man sat down, shaking his head freely. He didn't mind at all. He took a large drink from his glass, waving at the servers.

"Add another Sullustan Gin, if you'd be so kind."

With that, he turned back to Tseneca, nodding.

"I'm a scav. I prefer the term Salvager, but life is what is. It isn't the nicest work, but it pays well enough. If any of you have seen or heard of a wreck or 8 that might be worth my attention, there might be a few credits in it for you."

Arden's voice was open. He wasn't dumb, and wouldn't pay for duped merchandise. Neither of them had the look of pirates, and if they betrayed him, he'd at least get the chance to take them down. He needed to turn his luck around soon, or things would get desperate.

The barkeep brought over another shot, and Tseneca didn't think this time before slamming it down. She looked at the Sullustan with suspicion. It was odd he'd just come over, and for what? Information about the last wreck they'd seen. There was something else going on, she was sure. Her skin was crawling fiercly.

"We're all looking for work pal." she said, somewhat rudely. "I remember a few ships i layed to waste back a few days ago off of Nal Hutta. Y'Taub's full of 'em."

She was starting to feel tipsy. What was in this stuff?

Lucas had been occupied with a podrace, as it was nearing the final lap. "Sully, my brother from another mother!" Lucas slammed his fist on the table, obviously taking the Sullustan's arrival extremely well. The server brought about another pair of drinks, which Lucas clinked his glass to Tsenecas, and slammed it down almost as quick as she had. "Another one bites the dusts, eh?” That’s when the Sullustan revealed the fact he was a scavenger, and he was right, shipyards would pay a pretty credit, if it meant a few shortcuts.

The newly arrived human, seemed pre-occupied, but Lucas patted his back as a friendly gesture, before saying, “You know, there is a planet, though I’m not entirely sure where, that might be perfect for you… you’ve probably heard of it too; Iego. Goldmine. Really tricky to find, though.” Lucas teetered away from Tseneca’s side, catching the finale of the podrace…. OLOOKA had won.

In a sudden burst, Lucas raised his arms, and shouted, “THAT’S MY BOY, OLOOKA!” He pointed at everyone on the bar, “Another round, on me.” He had just won another 1,200 credits.

Arden sighed, shaking his head. He ignored the boisterous Human. The woman seemed a better bet, if she could get what he wanted. The lady didn't get what he was asking about.

"Friend... a couple Light Freighters isn't what I'm talking about. Small fry like that can be worth it in large numbers, but hopping around space to find them isn't worth the time. I'm talking about the big wrecks. Things the Size of Frigates and bigger. I've been rummaging through the wrecks of the Battle of Tralus, but it's been 35 years. Most everything good has already been picked over."

Arden sighed, remebering that waste of time. A haul of scrap metal was what he had gotten. Not even breaking even.

"Nothing that big, but ships of that size are what I'm looking for. A lot of the big Imperial Freighters vanished with their Escorts out here. If could find the leftovers from a couple of those, I could recoup my losses. Put away enough to supply up for a run out to less populated Space."

Tseneca looked at the Sullustan. He was serious, she toyed with her shot glass and then looked at him squarely.

"To be honest, I haven't been in the Corellian sector in nearly a year. And when i am here, its usually to fuel up my own ship, which is closer to a wreck then you would want." she joked halfheartedly at the state of the Blight Leaper it was a mess, and the Sullustan wouldn't get fifty credits for it if he even tried to salvage it. But it was her baby, and she felt warm thinking about it, though it could have just been the alcohol.

"You might want to listen to the young sire over there, Lego is a good place for wrecks of your caliber. I've been there once. Its a graveyard for good steel."

She watched Lucas as he whooped about making a fool of himself. It entertained immensly.

Jallorn noticed the guard glance at him, "Alright, time to move." Unclipping the first smaoke grenade, he felt the force flow through him as he sent it rolling along the floor towards the far end of the cantina. The second quickly followed, to his left, and the third went right towards the conference. Marking his targets on his visor, Jallorn stood up, tossing his flash bang into the air, where it exploded. As screams rang out, Jallorn pulled up his blaster, his eyes and ears protected by his helmet, and fired off two shots, mere moments before his smoke grenades went off, filling the room with smoke. Dropping his blaster to his chest, Jallorn collapsed, and rolled, just in case someone was shooting at him. Then, he started to run towards the rancor pits.

Finally managing to tear himself away from the gathering at the table long enough to approach the bar, Gavin Young takes a moment to silently listen to the conversations at the bar. Two drunken patrons to his right were discussing the nature of a galaxy far away, ‘millyuns and millyuns’ of lightyears away, to be exact. Where beings called hoomans were slowly evolving. As to whether this galaxy actually existed Gavin couldn’t be sure, but before he could inquire further, one of the patrons fell from his stool much to the enjoyment of his companion, before he too lost his balance and fell upon the floor. With a shake of his head, Gavin returned his attention to the bar menu until talk of salvage is heard from a nearby Sullustan and Gavin’s attention is piqued, “my friend…” Gavin turns slightly, to face the group clustered around the Sullustan, “you’re still picking the bones from those old encounters?” He shrugs and chuckles, “perhaps you should follow along with the Union anti-pirate fleets. Never know what those pirate hulks could be carrying.”

He leans his elbow upon the bar gently as his drink order is, slowly, being filled, “though… any place other than here might well be more suited to your purposes.” He glances at the door somewhat behind the Sullustan and frowns, “never know when Sal-Solo’s patrols might catch up with you and happen to find some nature of illicit object on your person.” Gavin sighs softly and shrugs again after passing over the credit chips required for payment to the bartender. Looking the man up and down slowly Gavin nodded and frowned, but takes the tray of drinks and moves to return to his seat.

“Frak,” Gavin calls out as the smoke grenades catch him by surprise, causing him to jump slightly and drop his drinks. “Well there goes that round.” Returning to the bar swiftly, Gavin reaches over and tugs at Tseneca with one hand and drawing his blaster from his hip holster with the other, “get down!” Raising his blaster, but unable to target anyone through the heavy build-up of smoke from the grenades Gavin frowns, “great. Can’t I just enjoy a fraking drink once in my fraking life?”

Cyrus was furious. Furious. It was almost like someone out there wanted him to be miserable, even when he tried to take a break. He could have easily ignored a fight breaking out, perhaps even if shots were fired, but you just can't ignore a flashbang.

He pulled out his gun- not a blaster, an old-fashioned slugthrower, giving him about ten shots- and then realized he wasn't sure where to shoot. Everyone was running around and there was so much smoke that he wasn't sure where the attacker had gone.

The Mandalore moved sharply and suddenly smoke began to fill the room as blaster bolts shuddered through the air. The horrible smell of energy filled the air and Tseneca felt an someone grab her wrist.

"Get off!" she said as it forced her to duck down. She grabbed hold of her blaster, pulled free and rolled away, trying to get to Lucas near the center of the room. She was blind, stark blind, and the smoke filled her nose and mouth making her gag.

Suddenly, a loud pop was heard and then two small explosions as whatever Tseneca was kneeling on dropped out from under her and she fell fifteen feet below.

She landed on her side and the impact ran rivulets of pain through her body. She sat up slowly, still clutching her blaster, and looked around the dark place she'd ended up. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust. She could hear the sounds of a raging gun battle, the yelling of patrons involved far over her head. She wasn't alone. A few other bystanders had fallen in too, and were shaking their heads with confusion. She could not see their faces, the light, the absence of light, was poor.

And then she heard it. The shrieking noise of a falling building or a badly tuned TIE fighter, a blood curdling shrieking noise emmitting from the other side of the room. Tseneca squinted against the blackness, and there, she saw a shape, an enormous hulking shape lumbering towards them.

And it dawned on her, in that moment as she clenched her teeth with both fear and decisive irritation at her luck consistantly going bad... She'd fallen in the rancor pitt.

Tseneca was a hotspot for men, and he enjoyed each and every approach they had made. The latest seemed friendly, and the warning gesture towards Sully only proved the thought. Lucas smiled at the older man, but that’s when the Force sent a jolt.

Bang. Bang. Bang.

The room erupted into a cloudy mess, his vision only extended to about three feet. "Get off!" he heard Tseneca's warning, and felt something roll passed him. He called out to her frantically, reaching for his lightsaber, but instead, attempted to search out. Either he was too wasted, or everything, everywhere was a blur. Wham, another Force jolt. Using the Force as his guide, he leapt through the mess and landed on one of the gambling tables. Unbeknown to him, Vera Nico was shooting wildly, attempting to make an exit. If he hadn’t moved, she would’ve killed him.

Adding to the confusion, a small band of explosives went off, something was blown open, and several fallen screams ended abruptly. Nothing, however, was clearer than the roar of the Rancor shortly after. Shit, Lucas thought, racing towards the edge of the Rancor’s pit. He called out Tseneca, unable to hear her, or anyone below. Blaster fire hailed across the club, a man dropped dead just two feet short of himself. Deciding the rancor pit was suicide, Lucas raced towards the runway. Tseneca, he kept calling out. His mind raced with possibilities, the Force nagging for him to return to the Pit.

Gods damn it, Lucas thought, about to hurl himself downwards, when he saw her. Vera Nico, the most wanted escaped prisoner of Kuat. His parents would pay a pretty credit to anyone who captured her alive, but having their own son do it, well, that had a ring to it. She seemed to notice him as well, and instantly adverted her blasters to him. She fired once, missed. She fired again, and it came closer. Using the Force, the lightsaber was called into his hand, and with a simple flick, the signature hiss ignited a bladed defense. His concentration was difficult, but he managed to dodge several, before approaching her.

“Vera!” Lucas shouted, “You’re responsible for Senator Della Donna’s death, aren’t you?”

Coral sneezed several times, then coughed violently over the smoke charges. Of course, everything was about to go wrong. In the moment when the smoke grenades went off, she had dropped her glass, sending it into a shattered oblivion on the floor. Her fingers touched the warm metallic surface of the blaster hilt, slowly moving to Agent Raven's position. "Raven," she called out softly, but didn't hear anything. She called out again, before a server droid burst out of a dark cloud pocket.

Coral nearly fired, and resolved that she needed more control. If something was to happen like that again, and it was an innocent... She felt a slap on the ass, and turned to see a drunk smuggler waving hello. Without hesitation, she blasterwhipped him, and moved on.

"All units, relocate to exotic drinks, I can cover you...." she sneezed, "as best as the smokescreen will allow."

Arden was about to respond to Gavin when something caught his eye. Once he realized what it was, he started swearing. Well almost. The the Gunfire erupted, some explosions went off, and frankly, everything went to hell. Arden did what came naturally, and hid under the table, but it wouldn't matter much either way if something wasn't done about those explosives.

"Gavin, if you are attached to living, we best be going now. Somebody was laying explosives around the runway back before the shooting started. If the idiot set's them off, he could collapse the building."

Arden didn't want to be here when Cor Sec arrived. In fact, he didn't want to be here at all. He wanted to be back in his Ship, leaving Corellia behind. He'd take the loss.

"Damn it, this is the last time I come to Corellia."

Kelson watched, as if in slow motion, as the cantina exploded into chaos. The bar was filling with smoke, most of it from the assassin's decoys, but Kelson could smell ash from fires, too.

He kicked back his chair and drew his blaster, slowly pacing backwards from his table. He saw no one at first, the screams coming from beyond the veil his only indicator of life.

A crimson bolt lanced through his field of vision, forcing Kelson to hunker down, gun raised. There was the sound of an explosion in the direction of the table he had been at, and more screams. Finally, he came in contact with the bar. He heard his transmitter chirp, and soon Coral's voice came over.

"All... relocate to exotic drink... can cover you... as best as the smokescreen... allow."

Kelson took his bearings. He wasn't to far from Coral. He grabbed the trans and held down the call button.

"Copy. All units regroup at Coral's location." He said, coughing as the dark smoke filled his lungs.

He walked as fast as he could, careful not to fall on the debris that was now covering the ground. In front of him, a figure broke through the fog. Kelson raised his gun, ready to fire, before he realized it was a civilian. The man, who was badly bleeding, grabbed onto the ops agents arm and fell to his knees, whimpering. Kelson kneeled, grabbed the man's chin, and forced him to look at him.

"Listen." Then man stared past him into the gloom. "Listen!" He said again, this time shaking the man. "Get out of here. Now. While you still can."
Kelson stood, and left the man behind. More was at stake here.

He felt his way down the bar until the exotic drink came into view. The smoke was lighter here, but the area was filling fast. Ahead of him he could see Coral, gun drawn, looking both ways.

"Coral!" He coughed, causing her to spin, gun raised. She recognized him instantly, and lowered her weapon.

"Captain." She replied.

"The others." He asked looking both ways. "Where's the rest of our team?"

“Living is overrated…” Gavin frowned and tried to look around, but it was futile, “try to get back to your ship. You might get to run an evac. Don’t worry, you’ll be paid.” He stood and, switching his blaster to stun mode for probably the first time in his career, he casually made his way in the direction of his table, firing occasionally towards any incoming fire.
Somehow, through the smoke, Gavin was able to return to his table. Though effectively blind, his squad was still raring to go, “Boomer, Hammer… report!”

Boomer and Hammer were crouched beneath the table, blaster carbines in hand, ready to dish out some form of tibanna-based punishment to anyone stupid enough to fire in their direction, “ready for action, sir.” Their attitudes dramatically switched from the casual and friendly one shown earlier into a more militaristic and efficient one. Despite being slightly drunk.

Gavin nodded slowly and sighed, “good. Spook, I need a list of ways to kill a rancor, preferably without being killed myself.” Before Spook could speak, however, Gavin moved below the table and nodded to his soldiers, “I want you two to begin escorting civilians out. Hopefully our Sullustan friend has a ship big enough to help with any evac we need…” He shrugs and frowns, “regardless, we need these people out of here before the syndicates get a little pissed off and start shooting at them.”

As the two soldiers moved out to complete their task, Gavin stood and returned to Spook who was busy preparing his pistol for battle. Spook looked up slightly and frowned in response to Gavin’s expression, “why are you hunting rancor?”

Gavin chuckles and jerks his thumb as the smoke cloud slowly swirled around the opening of the rancor’s pit, “the pit is open. Anyone falls in they’re going to be a rancor meal. And we can’t have that.” Gavin then reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small comlink, “Fly-girl, this is Ops. I need an evac in ten. Can you get here?”

Over the comlink a small female voice can be heard, “what happened, one of your ex-wives finally catch…”

Gavin cuts her off and interjects, “no time for funny stuff missy, this place might suddenly explode any time, so we need to get these people clear.”

As he entered the pit, Jallorn saw a woman in there. "Hey, miss!" he called, "I'm going to open the cage for you." Blasting the controls, he knocked the door open, then turned his back on the woman, heading for the nearby exit. As he exited the cantina, he jumped, feeling the force flow through him, and landed on a distant bridge. "One way to get away," he chuckles to himself. Still moving quickly, Jallorn heads for his ship, this sector's gonna get real hot, real soon. Better not to be here at all, he'll collect the rest of his money later. "That part went smoother than I expected." he said to himself, "It's not over yet though." The force reveals much.

Vera stared down the younger Pallanén, narrowing the gap between the two, before aiming her blaster at the bar behind her. "If I shoot, all that alcohol, will blow us to hell. Now put down your lightsaber, and get out of my way." The boy was resistant, but disengaged the lightning part of the sword. "How are your parents? Comfortable as ever?"

"I swear-"

Vera fired at one of the fleeing occupants, his body collapsing out of a sudden jerk of pain. The man twitched in agony, before the essence of life itself, left his body. "That is justice," and began to step towards the dead body, her boots stepping onto the man's fingers, with a playful crunch. Lucas ignited his blade, but Vera gave a warning shot near one of the barrels. "I don't think so," her lips formed a seductive smile, as she bent over and extracted the man's ring. With broken fingers, it was easier than one would imagine.

“How do you call that justice? There isn’t a system, where –“ the boy had started, but she interrupted him. “Lucas, shut it. You know better than this. You know dirty politicians have no backbone to support their own alleged morals,” the ring fell into one of her pockets, as she sidestepped towards the southern exit. “This ‘man’, raped two women on Ryloth. For the rest of their lives, he will have caused them a great deal of pain.

“Maybe I am the villain, maybe I’m not. Sacrifice a few lives, to save the rest… logical. Justice shouldn’t have feelings, shouldn’t hold compassion for men like Turserk here, who took liberties and women’s virtues away… it’s unforgiveable.”

“You’re wrong Vera. Terrible things can be forgiven with time,” Lucas spat out, attempting to gain control over the situation, but he wasn’t coherent enough to debate this with her.

“Lucas, I have become what I am today, because of people like him, and you. You pledge yourself to an Order that promises peace and justice, but does very little in cases as small and insignificant as this,” Lucas had opened his mouth, but she shot another warning shot to silence him, “I’m that hope. I’m that unyielding, unforgiving passion that will rid the galaxy of scum like Turserk, and thugs like him. And you, and your family, will know what it is like. They will feel, what I have felt…”

She took several steps away, “Don’t be foolish and try to follow me. Let me do, what I need to do.”

And with that, Vera shot a nearby bottle, which exploded on impact. Lucas shielded himself, but was temporarily knocked unconscious.

The shrieking noise continued as Tseneca hoped bars caged the beast within. There was no such luck, for as she scrambled to her feet and looked up the shadowy figure of the Mandalore leaned over the pitt and with brief interlude, blew open the panel keeping the rancor restrained. He then turned and left.

Tseneca gritted her teeth and backed away as the creature came towards her and the others who were scrambling up against the back wall. They were womp rats, all of them, sitting and waiting to be obliterated. Tseneca looked around her in the darkness, there was nothing there, nothing but piles of human remains and other debris. She backed up further as the beast came into the light cast by the upper levels of the cantina.

It was huge, lumbering with its knuckles nearly dragging on the dusty ground. Razor sharp teeth jutted out of its mouth and saliva coated every inch of fang and canine. Her heart pounded in her chest, her throat tightened in terror. She clutched her blaster. There was nowhere to run.

She shot at it, taking blind aim at first, then struggling for the eyes. It shrieked its terrible harpy sound. Adrenaline raced through her as she backed up flat against the wall. No, she couldn't corner herself, she dodged by its side, ducking the sizable swing of its right claw as she passed its flank. She took wild, innaccurate shots at its underbelly before crouching down at the back of its cage. It started after her, but turned to and grabbed a few of the unfortunates that had fallen in as well. She gagged upon hearing the sickening crunch of their bones, the tearing of their flesh as it ripped them apart.

Then she noticed, with a glance at its throat, the restraining collar it wore. The set of controls on the door, the ones the mandalore had hit, allowed the beasts keeper to work the restraining mechanism on the beasts collar. She crept over to the console as the beast gnawed mercilessly on the others. She gave it a once-over. It was completely destroyed. She looked up again at the beast, smacking its enormous mouth and surveying the room with stupid, beady eyes. They landed on her and she caught her breath.

The only way to enable the restraining mechanism was to get at the collar. She'd have to to it manually.

"Where's the rest of our team?" the Captain had asked, and honestly, Coral hadn't been in contact with any of them since the smoke grenades. Coral fired several shots, the criminal gangs were bunched up, and pockets of them were moving towards and through the exits. "Raven was pinned against the Runway, and Texx went to retrieve her," Coral realized her tone had sounded a tad inhuman, and unsympathetic towards her teammates. "I mean, he’s trying to get to her."

A loud pop, then a massive explosion occurred in the north western corner of the club. It wasn't the runway, something else went out. Then the Rancor's roar, the odds were, the rancor pit was just blown open. "That's how he is getting out! The rancor's pit...seems suicide, but if planned correctly-"

She confronted the Captain more directly, "The assassin is going to go through the trapdoor! And as soon as he is free, he sets the rancor loose. No one will be able to follow him!" She fired three shots, stunning two assailants, and scaring the third. “Captain, it may be too late to catch him, but we might be able to get a hold of local hangars and their security footage. We’d be able to get his vessel’s designation, and track his movements,” Blaster fire erupted causing her to dodge behind a large column of tables. And in the distance, a Jedi and a woman were bickering, before she shot a nearby tank of alcohol.

The result sent the boy flying into a nearby panel, and he didn’t get up. As the woman fled the scene, Coral recognized her. Vera Nico, a member of the New Republic’s most wanted list. Not wanting to shout the information over the intercom, she whispered deeply, “Team, this is Coral. Code GREEN, Number Four.” Four was position on the most-wanted list, but in case the others hadn’t been up to date, she clarified, “Vera Nico is in the club, making her way towards the Southern exit. Captain, do you copy?”

I was partway through my first beer when all hell broke loose. Hell was an appropriate word for the situation, which got all the worse when the flashbang went off. I think I speak for everyone in the bar when I say I didn't see it coming.

Hitting the deck, I pushed my table over to give myself some cover. At least I thought I was giving myself some cover. For all I knew I was walling myself off from reinforcements. Through my earpiece I could hear the screams of my fellow agents as they were cut down by the random blasterfire I couldn't see.

After a few long minutes, my vision started to return. A few minutes later I could see properly again and chanced a look around the bar. Blaster bolts were still flying everywhere.

"Status check. All units report in."
"Everyone's dead, Lieutenant. You're the only one left," came the voice of mission control over the earpiece, "your orders are to break cover and attempt to salvage the situation."
"Acknowledged control. Tranada out."

I drew the blaster from inside my coat pocket and looked around again, noticing that the blaster fire was beginning to die down. Hoping I wasn't about to commit suicide, I retrieved my badge.

"Imperial Intelligence," I yelled to nobody in particular, "everybody cease fire!"

As I took one knee behind the table again, a quarren popped his head up above the bar and levelled what looked suspiciously like a highly illegal disruptor at me. Acting on instinct, I raised my blaster and fired two shots at him. The first impacted against his shoulder while the second slammed into his cheek.

"Imperial Intelligence," someone called out, "everybody cease fire!" Vera snaked through several hesitant lines of fire, and treaded behind the bar. From what she could tell, a Sullustan was taking cover under a table, her eyes met his and she whispered, It'll be okay, friend. And softly, she pulled out her blaster, aimed for the spot between his twin black eyes, and fired.

Someone had been in the wrong place, and at the wrong time, as her blast snapped the leg of someone who managed to step in the crossfire. She cursed, and pressed forward. She activated the personal shield generator; it would probably absorb a few hits, but not many.

And that's when she saw them; two Republic agents limping towards her, setting behind a table, using mirrors to adjust their aim. Blaster bolts seemed to move in slow motion as she crafted her weapon... tearing a part of her shirt and shoving it into the alcohol bottle. From a nearby dead man, she took his lighter. Lighting the edge of her torn shirt, she gathered several more bottles and tossed them into the table.

At first, it seemed silly to throw glass bottles at a table, but filled with alcohol, was setting the scene for a terrible attack. After spreading the liquid all around them, she tossed the crafted grenade, and watched as it impacted, and fused with the surrounding alcohol. The result was a small explosion, that had sent the agents into a ball of fire.

“Sorry,” she whispered, saying a small blessing for their well being, as she moved through the last stretch towards the exit. The Imperial agent was nearby, attempting to collect some sort of control over the situation, but it was impossible. Crafting a second grenade, she shouted at him, “Help!” She sent the bottle sailing across the cantina, it shattered against his table, it wasn’t meant to be lethal, but it allowed her to jolt towards the door. Her fingers squeezed the trigger, firing rapidly all around the table, just waiting for his head to appear.

The cool air slipped across her exposed skin, allowing Vera Nico, to flee into the dark night. Her fingers pulled one last trick from her sleeve. She had wired explosives to the Runway, enough, that would send the entire floor sailing into the lower levels. With a flick, she gave everyone thirty minutes. She tossed the remote over the side, and it sailed downwards into the abyss. If they weren’t out by then, they would be dead.

As Coral dueled with a member of the Dark Sun Clan, over the intercomm, Raven and Texx suddenly screeched in sheer pain. In seconds, their voices were replaced with dead silence.

"Texx?" Coral inquired, "Raven?"

Silence.

The agonizing screams of his partners played over the intercom for several seconds before the line turned to static, then went dead.

Kelson hated losing men under his command. As the captain of a squad, his job was to keep his men alive, no matter what. The men you fought with would be closer to you than anyone else could be. Rage, mixed with anguish, filled him.

He shook his head, and returned to the situation at hand. A Dark Sun member had taken hold of Coral and was trying to push her back. Kelson raised his blaster and hit the man hard over the back of the head.

The options raced through his head. Nico. The assassin. The civilians.

"Our first objective is Nico and the assassin. The Syndicate wasn't planning for this - they'll most likely be nabbed by CorSec while trying to slip away. As of now, we're the only ones who could stop those two. Your secondary objective is civilians. This is on our watch, we want as few deaths as we can manage. Copy?"

Coral nodded, the Captain was right; they had a job to do. Texx and Raven's loss would not be in vain. With a photographic memory, she had recalled Nico's personnel profile. "Captain, she's extremely elusive. But she'll need to get off world within the hour, otherwise, the entire sector will be running patrols, and the Union will want somekind of presence." And if the Corellians didn’t allow any Republic ships in the sector, the odds were, they would wait just outside the borders, and attempt to snare her.

She rose from her position, taking the Captain's right, before she noticed the fallen boy Nico had disabled. They took point near him, and she used an energy stimulant to revive him. The boy gagged, shaking until he gained control over himself. Coral stabilized him, and was ready to move him out of the Cantina, when he said, Tseneca. Unsure how badly damaged his skull was, she noticed his lightsaber.

"You're a Jedi?"

The boy nodded, "Lucas Pallanén-Davad, son of -" he hesitated, "What the frak just happened? Where the hell am I? Who are you? I am looking for a magician, and a guy named Sully!"

Several more bottles of alcohol caught on fire, sending nearby tables into oblivion. "Listen Jedi, can you move the innocents out of here? We are going after Nico and the assassin..." Lucas nodded again, still attempting to recall everything that had happened, but by the looks of him, he was having one hell of kickstart.

"Nico, Vera Nico, is here?" still dazed by the hit, and no doubt, plenty of alcohol added to the equation. Coral set her hands on his shoulder, attempting to calm, and ease the passing of confusion. She spoke softly, "She was here, yes. But we can handle it. We are soldiers of the Union, the Republic specifically. We will find her, but you must save the people still trapped in here..."

“I can do it, get her, fast. Her ship might be submerged in water, a lake or a pond.” Lucas gave them a hint, and rose to the occasion. With that, Coral looked to the Captain…

Either Imperial Intelligence didn't strike fear into the hearts of the masses like it used to or the people in the bar were so caught up in killing each other that they weren't aware the he was kneeling in their midst with a badge and a gun. Although the fact that I was packing didn't exactly make me stand out in this place.

As I looked around for some form of law enforcement backup, my eyes fell upon an almost-bald and very attractive young woman. As her eyes met mine, she yelled for help. Acquiescing, I was starting to move towards her when an improvised weapon appeared in her hand. Time seemed to slow as she threw it at me.

I moved back behind the table, holding my arms in front of my face to protect it. The burning alcohol splashed over the table into my arms and cheek. Frantically, I dropped behind the table and patted my cheek out before shoving off my jacket. As I was doing so, several blaster bolts slammed into the table and whizzed past its edges.

I waited several moments before peering around the edge of the table to see a bald head disappearing out the door.

"I don't think so, sweetheart," I growled quietly, taking off after her.
