I figure that there's gotta be a few weapons (And other things) out there that aren't documented in the star wars universe, so I propose a thread for players to propose weapons, ships, whatever for their characters to use. This would be the thread, so I guess I'll kick things off with my blaster.
The F-37 was a short lived product by a small time company. A direct evolution of the F-32 stunner, the F-37 never gained popularity with anyone despite being a fairly brilliant design. Capable of single and burst fire modes, the F-37 was quite powerful for it's size, though it had a few quirks, all of which could be fixed with higher quality parts fairly easily. The biggest mistake the producers made was not giving the gun an automatic mode, as it is capable of firing quite rapidly once the trigger has been replaced by a faster one. If the wielder can keep it up, the gun will withstand a total of 125 shots in a row, a little over a fourth of a pack. The F-37 also has a clip on the butt that most users hook into their armor or clothes at the chest. It has fairly good maneuverability while still attached, and is quite easily detatched when neccesary. |

Actually, we really don't want to encourage new designs this time. It led to bad things in the last game. _________________ Empress Shayera Jendob

We do? Where? I posted this while the above post still said that there's already a P90 analog.
Also, I assumed that all custom creations would require confirmation from the mods. |

Never mind. Edited with something a bit more... administrative.
And also, I don't know about grabbing every odd weapon design that looks shiny. Bear in mind that the original trilogy was based heavily on World War 2, and aside from the Sterling SMG, you see weapons based on those that existed at that time.
EDIT: Yeah, it does. It's the issues tool. _________________ Empress Shayera Jendob

I looked through the various wepons they have documented on wikipedia, but none of them have the one capability I was looking for, nor do they seem highly modifiable to such a point, but there was one that looked feasible. I mostly just want the ability to clip it onto my chest so I don't have to hold onto it all the time. |

You could use a holster, like they did with the Sterlings in the OT. _________________ Empress Shayera Jendob

In my experience, anything from the era that is present on wookiepedia is okay except where it is omnipotent or the use of it would violate one of the pre-existing rules. _________________ Lieutenant Jacen Tranada
